启用 Roadmaps 后，访问 Plan -> View Plans 红色警告：

详细报错，关键部分如下：

解决

mysql 的运行配置文件中未按 Jira 官方建议配置，取消 my.cnf 中的如下行：

sql_mode = NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO

停止 jira，重启数据库，重启 Jira。
