以管理员身份运行 PowerShell，根据需求执行以下命令之一，若有提示，请输入 y。

# 为当前用户授权（建议）
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
# 为本地计算机授权
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

跳过策略执行

添加参数 '-executionpolicy bypass'
例如：

powershell.exe -executionpolicy bypass -file '脚本路径'
